Jason and I took the boat out again.  We had a lot of fun. I don’t think it would be possible to take the boat out and go fishing and not enjoy ourselves.

I think today was the first time out of all the times that Jason and i have gone fishing that he caught more fish then I did. I really didn’t mind he deserved to finally have a good day of fishing and catching almost all of the fish.

Well that’s all of this trip. I know I should take the time to write more about each picture they all kinda have a story behind them. But part of the fun is keeping a few of the details and secrets, secret.

I Never imagined a praying mantis actually being this big. I don’t know if you can really tell its size from the pix i took but i think with the size of the toe of my shoe you can at least guess. I wish I would have taken a picture of it next to a tape measure.

I have found a few of these in the past but never one anywhere near this size. I also think this might be a different kind. I did a little research and I found that there are 20 or so different kinds of Mantis that live in the US. I didn’t take the time to figure out details as it really isn’t that important to me. But if anyone knows please post specifics as a comment.

I was walking in the backyard and noticed this mantis on the bush. I wanted to show Austin and Taylor so i considered catching it with my hands. Then after looking at it for a few seconds. I wasn’t sure if it could maybe hurt me. So I used a plastic container to avoid touching it.

I still haven’t figured out a way to stop catching these sheep head. At least this one wasn’t a tiny one. He was a little bit bigger then a little one.

I caught this small mouth bass casting a yellow and Green Twister with a light yellow head. it hit almost as soon as the lure hit the water I must have cast right on top of its head.  Its a lot of line out and have to reel any fish a long way in.

I always fun catching them this way.

Have been catching so many of these little sheep head I think I am not going to use worms next time i go fishing. maybe switch to chicken liver on my set pole.

Lots of Sheep Head Have been biting. Dont really mind catching them but it would be nice if they didnt bite so often that no better fish have time to find my bait.

I caught a couple others that i didn’t take pictures of but they were all the same kinds of fish. Didn’t catch anything really good or big but it was fun catching the fish i did catch.
